Oh what a fuss waiting for her
now it is a change of tide
we are waiting on her
almost as on a new bride
So much to be done
new chores galore
for one and all its good fun
washing, feeding, dressing and much more
Now there is little less time
on our hands - though so many are willing
and ever ready to help every time
dad, uncle, grandma, me and daughter mine
